Patch Testing and Covid-19

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our Covid-19 policy regarding patch testing. Our usual patch testing policy states that a new patch test must be carried out at least 48 hrs before the first lash and/or brow treatment, or after 6 months has passed between the patch test or the last treatment. This excludes patch tests or treatments carried out elsewhere.

A new patch test must also be carried out after a change in medical history, i.e. pregnancy, illness etc

Positive Covid-19

If you have contracted Covid-19 and since recovered, a new patch test will be required. This must be a minimum of 14 days after your negative PCR, or after you start to feel well again.

Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster

A new patch test must be carried out after having a Covid-19 vaccination or booster. A minimum of 14 days must pass between the vaccine/booster and patch test, and no sooner.

Booking your patch test

Please book your patch test by calling 01235 521 555 or book online here. Patch tests can also be requested through our Booking App by using the Late Availability tab to the right of this page (desktop) or bottom (mobile), or by clicking here. Patch tests take around 5 minutes to complete.

We aim to keep on top of clients’ patch tests and remind you where possible, but this is not always possible. Please note that if a current patch test has not been completed in the required time frame, your treatment will not go ahead. We reserve the right to open the appointment for other bookings but will always try to contact you prior.
