gift card and e-voucher

terms & conditions

• Gift cards and e-vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase and can be used against any treatments or products

• Gift cards and e-vouchers cannot be extended

• Gift cards and e-vouchers cannot be refunded, but any treatments can be swapped - with notice - to other treatments or products if required. Just let us know what you would prefer, and we can settle the difference at your appointment if needed

• No cash alternative

• Bookings must be made in advance by calling 01235 521555 and are subject to availability

• All services require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment, which will be deducted from the final bill. If you have a gift card or e-voucher for your service, please have your gift card or e-voucher number to hand when booking, so we can use the value against your booking fee

• Usual Cancellation/Reschedule/Amendment policy and Failure to Attend policy applies to all gift cards and e-vouchers; cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, or failing to attend your appointment altogether, will render the gift card/e-voucher void

• Arriving late for your appointment where we are unable to accommodate your booking in the remaining time will class as a non-arrival and will render the gift card/e-voucher void

• Please check the recipient email address carefully when ordering e-vouchers. Utopia Beauty Salon cannot be held responsible for e-vouchers sent to the incorrect email address if entered incorrectly at checkout

• Promotional gift cards and e-vouchers (e.g. Advent, bounceback) may have different terms and conditions - please check appropriate T&Cs for these
